Janis and Caleb's Private Estate Wedding in Loomis, California

I’m so excited to share this stunning wedding with you today! Janis and Caleb got married at a beautiful private estate in Loomis, California in May 2021. The estate had gorgeous wooded areas that made perfect backdrops for the ceremony and pictures. They also chose to accent the stunning background with pops of bright "fall" colors. The couple owns an amazing boutique, Terra Cottage, and there sense for style and design was apparent throughout their big day.

Janis looked stunning in an a-line gown with ruffles and lace appliques. Caleb wore a gray suit with a tan tie that perfectly complemented the bride’s dress. Both the bride’s dress and the groom’s suit came from Bride to Be Couture.

The bride and bridesmaids’ bouquets had a beautiful assortment of sunflowers, roses, daisies and greenery. Janis gave Florecita Floral creative freedom when it came to designing the bouquets which resulted in the vibrant and stunning floral arrangements. The florals complemented the natural scenery of the private estate perfectly.

Morgan Merrill Beauty did a fantastic job on the bridal party’s hair and makeup. Janis chose a beautiful updo with face framing pieces that gave an elegant, yet relaxed, vibe.

The ceremony was outdoors under an exquisite white drape from Stella + Co. with a floral arch that tied together the bridal party’s bouquets and the floral accents from the reception.

The reception was held in a tent with a clear ceiling from Celebrations Party Rentals so that guests could enjoy the beautiful scenery at the private estate. Mustard yellow napkins from Theoni Collection and yellow goblets from Standard Event Rentals provided touches of eye popping color throughout the reception tent.

Floral installments in the chandelier and above the sweetheart table brought warmth to the space while a neon sign from Love at First Light that said "Better Together" provided a fun, modern backdrop to the couple’s table.
